What happens to what you tell us
- What we take
- Your phone number, and the name you give us. Nothing else — no address, no date of birth, no documents.
- Why
- Your number is how you sign in, and how we tell you about a consultation you booked. Your name is so the advocate knows who she is speaking to.
- Who sees it
- Your number goes to an advocate only when you book her, so she can call you. It is never sold, never published, and never used to message you about anything but your own consultations.
- How long
- For as long as you have an account. You can ask us to delete it at any time, and we act on that within 30 days.
