The notes you add when booking are shown to the advocate you booked, and to no one else. Not to other advocates, not on any profile, not in any notification.
Your number is how you sign in. It is given to the advocate you booked so that she can call you at the time you chose, and it is not given to anyone else. Her number stays private unless she has chosen to publish it.
Only on the channels you marked safe when you booked. If you switch a channel off, we do not use it for that booking — including reminders, and including when another channel fails. Our messages never mention what a consultation is about.
What you tell us after a consultation is seen by you and the Sakhi Legal team. Your advocate never sees it, and it is never published or turned into a rating.
What you write about your situation is deleted 90 days after the consultation, and what you tell us afterwards after 180 days. Both happen automatically — you do not have to ask. Everything else stays while you have an account.
You can ask us to delete your account and everything you wrote, at any time and without giving a reason, from your dashboard or by writing to [email protected]. We action it within 30 days.
Two things survive it. A session you reported, or one an advocate flagged, stays — it is the record of what happened and it may be why an advocate is no longer here. So does the fact that a consultation took place, so the advocate keeps the record of her own work. Neither carries your name or your number afterwards, and neither is ever visible to an advocate.
